FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I've tried lots of other programmes before and none of them have worked. How is this different?

There are multiple reasons why programmes in the past have not worked for you and why this one will...

1) Programmes you have tried in the past have been quick fixes. Although you can lose weight following these programmes the weight always comes back on as the way you have lost the weight is simply not sustainable in the long term.

This programme focuses on helping you lose weight in a sustainable way and we help you create a lifestyle that you can actually stick to in the long term. If you are looking for a quick fix please don't book a call as this programme is not for you.

2) Previous programmes don't care about what happens to you after you've lost weight. It's highly likely that you have lost weight in the past, it's keeping it off that is the problem.

Unlike the vast majority of programmes out there we increase your maintenance calories after the diet which allows you to eat way more food whilst maintaining your new amazing body. This ensures the transformation is for LIFE.

3) You had a coach who wasn't actually vegan

Multiple clients of mine who had non-vegan coaches in the past have been told to "just eat more protein" without receiving any suggestions of vegan foods that would help them do this.

It's like asking a plumber to fix your electrics, they may have a rough idea of the problem but wouldn't be able to give you any specific advice to fix it. Similarly if you are vegan, or wanting to go vegan, you need someone who specialises in that area.

4) Other coaches you have had don't know what it's like to lose weight, or be overweight, so struggle to see your point of view. I used to be this coach until one day I decided it was time to try and gain a better understanding of some of the emotions and feeling my clients experience. This is why I purposefully gained and then lost 55lbs.

5) You hired a personal trainer in the past. A PT is great for showing you how to exercise properly and holding you accountable to attending the 1 hour workout each week.

However to lose weight successfully you need more than that. You need accountability 7 days a week. You also need to focus on two other key aspects which are nutrition and mindset. Our programme covers all of these points because we understand what it takes to be successful.

How soon will I start losing weight?

This all depends on your unique circumstances.

If your body is ready for a fat loss phase, and you follow the plan given to you, you will start to see results immediately.

With certain individuals we need to start off by building their maintenance calories up to ensure we have an efficient and effective fat loss phase. In this situation the weight loss won't happen straight away but I can assure you it will happen.

I’m older, will this work for me?

Do I have to be vegan to join the programme?

We only work with people who are currently eating plant based or are willing to try it.

What if I don't have access to a gym?

That's not a problem. The workouts are customised depending on your equipment access and fitness level.

The principles for an effective workout are exactly the same whether you are working out at the gym or at home. You can get great results doing either!

How do I make sure I don't injure myself?

The workouts are tailored to your current fitness level and experience. For example, if you are a beginner then we will programme you exercises to suit this level.

You will also be provided with a video tutorial, for every exercise you are asked to do, on our fitness app.

If you are still worried that you are doing an exercise incorrectly, then you are more than welcome to send a video of yourself doing the exercise so we can assess it and give you some feedback on your form.

If you still feel uncomfortable we will happily change the exercise for something you are more comfortable with.

How much does the programme cost?

The investment varies depending on your individual situation, accountability and support level that you require. Once I find out more about this on our call I will be able to give you specific figures.

How many hours do I need to commit per week to make it a success?

If you have 5 hours of spare time that you can commit to the process each week then we can make it a massive success for you.

How do I know if I’m ready to join your program? I feel I am way too busy with my work, kids, family etc...
